What?  A new annual fundraiser – 5k family race/walk

When? Friday night, July 3, 2015 – 6:30pm start (arrive by 6pm) - done in time to go watch fireworks

Who? Parishioners, family, friends, etc.  All, please help us spread the word!

Where? on the White Oak Bayou Trail behind St. Max church – no road traffic - 1.5 miles out and back

Why?  Funding to Knights who will donate $500 from this inaugural race to the Huntington's Disease Society of Amercia (HDSA).  Plus, all optional donations from registration process will be added to the $500!

Our Knights will be helping:  With a maximum crowd of 200 runners and walkers, we will have 20 Knights to help that afternoon.  Volunteers will help with crowd control, water stations, race timers, after-event party (hot dogs and drinks for all), finisher t-shirts, prizes for top finishers, etc.

• Entry Fees:  $29 per runner/walker (t-shirt included)
• Race Sponsors: Three Levels!  1) Individual Sponsors ($50) 2) T-shirt Corporate Sponsors ($250) and 3) After Race Party Company Sponsor ($500) will all be recognized.  E-mail race director, Dave Everest @ dseverest@gmail.com by June 1 to be recognized on t-shirts.
