The 33rd Annual Combat Medic Run & Health Expo is sponsored by the Excellence in Action Committee. The Excellence in Action Committee is a non-profit ogranization dedicated to supporitng young Ft.Sam Houston Soldier's participation in morale-boosting activities and local military events. Our goal is to offer as many junior Soldiers and young Non-Commissioned Officers the chance to attend events such as the Army Birthday Ball, Unit Formals, Holiday Socials, Organizational Days, and many other carefully orchestrated events designed to educate and reinforce the essence of being an American Soldier. Predictably, attendance for our younger Soldiers has fallen dramatically over the years, reflective of contemporary economic conditions. We consider thier attendance at these types of events an essential component of thier education, reinforcing positive Army culture and traditions, and demonstrating the importance of coming together to celebrate service to our country. Your support will greatly help expand these opportunities to even more Soldiers. Please join us in supporting of premier fundraising event, The 33rd Annual Combat Medic Run & Health Expo.
