NORTHWEST FLYERS 39th ANNIVERSARY VENDOR / SPONSOR FORM

The 39th Annual Northwest Flyers Youth Track Meet (age 6-18) is scheduled for Friday / Saturday May 22-23, 2026 at Klein Cain HS, Houston, TX.  Approximately 2000 athletes from across Texas are expected to compete in a full schedule of track & field events.  In addition, the event usually draws approximately 2000 spectators.  The meet is sanctioned by USA Track & Field and is an important step to qualifying for this year’s U.S. Junior Olympics in Cerritos, CA.  Information contact: Krystal Mallett Doyle - ph: 713-471-9785 email: krystal.mallett@gmail.com up until May 14th.

Deadline for Vendor Payments at Preferred Pricing: Thurs May 14, 2026 at 10pm 

Your vendor payment entitles you to sell food and/or merchandise at the NW Flyers May 22-23rd 2026 Track Meet.  Space will be available from 5 - 9pm on Friday and 7am - 7pm on Saturday.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This is an outdoor venue. Vendors are responsible for all utilities (power/electricity, water, gas, Internet, etc.) required to adequately and safely run your vending space. Neither NWF nor Klein ISD will provide any utilities.
2. Vendors are responsible for providing proof of insurance, vendor permits, certifications and all other relevant operating credentials for safe food handling if requested by any law enforcement or other relevant officials. NWF and Klein ISD reserve the right to request such documents at any time and assumes no liability for any lack of adequate credentials.
3. Vendors should follow the COVID-19 Guidance for Food Truck Workers and Merchants (https://www.osha.gov/sites/default/files/publications/OSHA4076.pdf), as well as State of Texas, and Harris County protocols while operating at the NWF track meet on the premises of Spring ISD on meet day.
4. Vendors assume all risks associated with operating at the NWF meet on the premises of Klein ISD; hence, neither NWF nor Klein ISD assume any risk whatsoever
5. There are no refunds except for full cancelation of the event in advance by weather, health and safety as determined by the event organizers and Klein ISD
