1st Annual Florida Strider Season Championship

Races are open to everyone

Strider championship points are open to active Strider members

You can join any time throughout the year but points will only count after the membership registration except for the team competition .

10% discount for five race package sign up. Must sign up by December 31st. Each individual will still register for each race each but will receive a unique coupon code for each race that'll cover 100% cost for each.

Resolution 5K Run – January 6th

Run to the Sun 5K – April 20th

Memorial Day 5K – May 27th

Strider Summer Classic 5K – July 27th (tentative)

Hogg Jog 5K – November 16th

Points Per Age Group

1st – 10

2nd – 8

3rd – 6

4th – 4

3rd – 3

Awards

Overall male and female

Monetary 1st $250,

2nd $150

3rd $100

Overall master male and female

Monetary $250 for overall male and female

Three deep in each age group known as the “2024 All Strider team”

Shirt, hat, magnet and plaque to be presented at the holiday gathering

Team Cup (open to all outside teams)

Must have a team in all five races

Top three teams will be awarded at the end of the year Monetary donations will be made to children’s charity of their choice with their name on it

▪ 2nd - $150

▪ 3rd - $100

Top overall team will have a traveling team cup with their name on it for the year and will return for the next season

The top 7 athletes on each team will receive a medal or plaque to keep
