Event Overview

Join us for an exciting day of fun, food, and friendly competition at the Kegs & K9's: Pulling for Bright Eyes event!

This unique fundraiser combines the thrill of a keg pull with the joy of supporting

our canine companions and the vital work of the Bright Eyes organization.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to Bright Eyes Animal Shelter, a non-profit dedicated to

providing essential care, training, and adoption services for rescued dogs. Come out and show your

support for a great cause!

How the Keg Pull Works

The challenge involves pulling an empty keg across a set distance using only a rope. The fastest

times will be celebrated!

Categories: We'll have different categories to ensure fair competition, including:

• Under 10 lbs: Pulls a single 12 oz beer can.
• 11–20 lbs: Pulls a beer growler.
• 21–50 lbs: Pulls a pony or 1/6 barrel keg.
• 51+ lbs to 101+ lbs: Pulls a full-sized standard beer keg.

Rules: Specific rules and weight classes will be posted at the event. Safety is our top priority,

and all participants will be briefed before competing.

Please ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and is comfortable in a social environment.

Date: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026

Time: 1:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location: Alley of the Wagon Wheel Choteau MT

Entry Fee: $20 per competitor if you preregister/ $25 per competitor at the day of the event.
