This is a one time drop in swim session fee for $8 at the Livonia Rec Center. Swims start at 6:30 am with warm up until 6:45. Group sets start off at 6:45 am. It is recommended to bring your own paddles and fins. Kickboards are available at the facility. It is only open to current FAST members which are "annual" members (not 3 month trial members)
