Livonia Rec Center USMS Pool Swims. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A LIV REC MEMBER FOR THIS SWIM
6:30 am to 8:00 am
3 lanes of workouts with different workouts provided to challenge all levels of swimmers.
Basic lessons of swimming is required, it is intended for those that can already swim 100 yards or more in the pool without stopping.
These are group swims where members share the lane with other swimmers and do the same sets at the same time. FAST members only.
In water coaching available (Ken)
Lane lines will automatically be in the pool. The facility opens at 6 am on Saturdays. The pool entrance process will be sent in a future email as they have a sign in desk at the entrance. Livonia Rec members do not need any special sign in process, only those that are non-Rec members.
USMS registration is not required as all members must be FAST members
The sessions will be every Saturday starting March 19th and continuing through May 21st.
Total costs are $56 per person for all 10 sessions. (same price as Schoolcraft but one more swim session)
If any spots remain open after this registration is closed individual open slots will be sold separately for $8 per swim, also with online registration.
