SUMMER SERIES HUMP DAY 2 MILER #1

Got them again... those summer time 2’s.  Beat the summer time blues with this series of five hump day runs.  

Locations vary around Baton Rouge and include a run at BREC’s Perkins Road Park, an out and back run on the levee near the LSU Vet School, and a X-Country run at Highland Road Park.
