Moms on the Run is a local non-profit organization founded in 2000. Moms on the Run assists local women in Northern Nevada with breast and gynecological cancers. Moms on the Run pays for everyday living expenses for these women while they are going through treatment. Moms on the Runs pays for things including but not limited to rent, utilities, groceries, wigs, transportation etc. We want to try and relieve some of the financial burden to these women and their families during such a stressful time so the women can focus on getting well and not worry about everyday expenses. To date Moms on the Run has put over $9 million back into our local community. We raise money throughout the year with three major events. Our annual Mother's Day Event- Moms on the Run Sunday Stroll, our annual Motorcycle Ride- Ride for the Tatas in September and King Pin Bowling event in October. We also have many wonderful sponsors and donors at our events and throughout the year that contribute to our mission of helping local women in Northern Nevada
