Is fundraising required?

No, but we ask that everyone try and raise at least $100 so you can help us reach our fundraising goal! The PinkFest Tahoe benefits Pinocchio's Moms on the Run, a local 501-c3 nonprofit (Federal Tax EIN 88-0485486) created in 2000 by hard-working, caring people of the Reno community.  Pinocchio's Moms on the Run assists local breast and gynecological cancer patients during their treatment when it is often difficult to keep rent paid, buy groceries, and pay for other living expenses.  If you know anyone who could use this assistance, please call 775-826-8117. 

Where does the $$ go?

All the fundraising dollars from PinkFest Tahoe go directly to Pinocchio's Moms On The Run,

a local 501-c3 nonprofit.  Registration fees go to help pay for the cost of the event.

Is my donation tax deductible?

YES!  All fundraising donations are tax deductible and receipts will be provided by Pinocchio's Moms on the Run. 

Is my registration fee tax deductible?

No. The registration fee is not tax-deductible, but your fundraising donations are. 

Can I register on event day?

Yes! However, you will save $10.00 on your registration fee if you pre-register online.

Can I fundraise online?

Yes! After you register for the PinkFest Tahoe at https://www.bobos.com/pink-fest-tahoe.html, you just click on the “donate” button. This link will get you started on your fundraising for Pinocchio's Moms on the Run.  It’s fast, easy and fun!  

Who is the driven.net?  They are our PinkFest Tahoe Registration and Donation vehicle for Moms on the Run.

First, you go to https://www.bobos.com/pink-fest-tahoe.html and when you choose to register for PinkFest Tahoe you will be taken to thedriven.net where you register for PinkFest and start your donation campaign for Pinocchio's Moms on the Run if you choose to do so.

Can I fundraise offline?

If you’d rather collect your donations, offline donations (cash or check), you can submit them when you check in on event day. Please put these donations in a sealed envelope with your Name, Address, and Phone Number on the envelope. We will make sure that Pinocchio's Moms on the Run will get the names, addresses, and phone numbers of everyone who donated in your name to Pinocchio's Moms on the Run so that MOTR can mail out donation receipts to you and your participants for your offline donations.
