Thank you for volunteering! As an all-volunteer organization, we cannot make this race a success without you. We have opportunities for everyone in the club to help out, whether you are running or not.

The 2016 White Rock N Roll 10-Mile Race will be held on May 7, 2016 starting from Winfrey Point.We will have live bands along the course and at the post-race party.

This crew wrangles big inflatable arches and sets up sound equipment all while keeping early bird runners and cyclists safe!

Post-Race - Breakdown Finish Line
What goes up must always come down. These positions break down the finish line and loads it all back up into the U-Haul and put back into the clubhouse. We have a great assembly line that makes it fun and fast!

Coolers for all aid stations must be filled with Water and Gatorade at Winfrey first thing in the morning - also set up a table with water coolers for the finish line.

Pre-Race Set-Up At Winfrey House
Lots of tasks to be completed inside the house to prepare for all the runners! - Unload the U-Haul - Set up tables and chairs inside the house - Hang the banners to direct runners to the correct location - Block off bathrooms inside the house - Set out pre-registered bibs on the porch - Assist the merchandising area with setting out items

Post-Race - Breakdown Winfrey House
What goes up must always come down. These positions break down tables and chairs and pulls down banners, sweeps and mops, returning Winfrey back to it`s upright and locked position. Essentially, it all has to be taken out of the house, loaded onto the U-Haul and put back into the clubhouse.
