FAQ

How do I register for the event?

You can register online HERE.
On race day you may register from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at the race site, Pavilion 3 in Trinity Park.

 

Is there a fee to register online?

Yes. There is a small convenience fee in order to provide participants a safe, secure, and convenient way to register instantly from the comfort of their home or office. No driving, no written entry forms, no stamps, no envelopes to address, and no hassles!

 

Are all of the events timed?

No. The 5K is an optional timed event using ChronoTrack D-Tag Timing. If you choose to be timed, you will receive an orange timing tag that loops around your shoe laces.

 

Do I have to be timed in the 5K?

No. Timing is optional, however, if you choose to be timed, it does not cost any extra.

 

Can people of any ability participate?

Yes! The 5K is open to all ages and abilities. We do advise that walkers and slower joggers start at the back of the pack for safety.

 

Where and when will results be posted?

Preliminary results will be posted beginning 20 minutes after the 5K begins at the race site, and will continue being posted until final results are posted after each run is finished in time for awards. Results may also be found online immediately following the race on Run-TIME’s website.

 

Are strollers allowed on the course?

Yes! This is an event for the entire family and strollers are welcome. We ask that participants with strollers please start at the back of the pack for safety.

 

Are dogs welcome?

Yes! Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash.

 

Are shirts included in the registration fee?

Yes! A long-sleeved shirt is included in your registration fee if you register for the 5K. If you are a FREE participant (70 & older or 10 & younger), shirts are not included, and you will need to pay $10 if you want a shirt.
You get to choose if you want a TECH or COTTON shirt. The TECH deadline is Dec.6, 2020. Remember when choosing, that TECH shirts are gender-specific, and the Women’s sizes tend to run smaller.
Shirts are NOT guaranteed to race day registrations. While we do our best to accomodate the size(s) requested, specific sizes cannot be guaranteed.

 

If I registered for the event, but have to miss due to unforseen circumstances, can I still get my shirt and race packet?

Yes! You may still claim your race shirt and packet at packet pick up. If you cannot make it to packet pick up, you may contact info@run-time.com to make arrangements to collect your shirt (size depends on availability) and packet.
We cannot guarantee that your shirt will still be available after the run.

 

Will the event be canceled in case of rain or inclement weather?

No. The Resolution Solution will go on as planned. Only extreme weather conditions creating safety hazards would cause a cancelation. There are NO REFUNDS.”
