Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation

Established in 1986 with the intent of helping team members in times of hardship and adversity, the Domino’s Pizza Partners Foundation was the inspiration of a few franchisees and corporate team members who felt strongly about “taking care of their own.” Primarily funded by a company-wide
payroll-deduction program, this 501(c)(3) non-profit organization provides financial assistance
for situations such as fire or natural disasters, medical emergencies, death of immediate family
members, dental issues, etc. In 2014, the Foundation aided 904 domestic and international employees
distributing just over $1 million; the Partners Foundation has provided over $15 million in aid since its inception.
