The USA FIT Woodlands Annual Training Program is back for its 24th season with full marathon and half marathon training programs led by USA FIT Certified Coaches in The Woodlands, Texas. USA FIT Woodlands is all about helping others make positive, life-altering changes. So get ready for an uplifting, motivational, total fitness experience as we train for goal races in October, January, and March. We cater to both new and experienced runners and walkers to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Through the weeks, you’ll reach new milestones, learn new things about running and walking, discover personal characteristics you may not have recognized previously, and enjoy the camaraderie of our running Woodlands Fit family. 

When you join USA FIT Woodlands, you’ll receive:

Full & Half Marathon Training & Walking - These programs are the hallmark of USA FIT training led by talented coaches equipped with years and miles of experience and solid pace teams. If you've ever placed a long distance event on your bucket list, choose the distance that fits your goal!

Walking Group - If you enjoy walking and prefer to join a group for consistent Saturday routes and group interactions, USA FIT Woodlands has your program. Our walkers maintain lower Saturday mileage than marathon and half marathon training plans so there’s no pressure with participation, just camaraderie. 

Get Started on July 11 at this season’s Meet & Greet! The 2026-27 season begins July 11 as all members cover first sets of routes along the Waterway and learn more about the 2026-27 season. Here you’ll meet the USA FIT Woodlands Leadership Team and Pace Leaders who will guide and support you throughout the season. This year’s start gets the season up and running for everyone, not just new members!
