Welcome to the 2024 USA FIT Lubbock Summer/Fall training season for Runners and Walkers. We will be training together to become healthier, stronger, and to get Fit. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Our weekly Saturday meetings offer encouragement, guidance, and companionship on our fitness journey.
