Spring 2020 USAFIT Austin Running & Walking Program

Date: February 15 to May 16 (half marathon) and February 15 to April 4 (Cap10K race day on 4/5)

USAFIT Austin’s (Austin Fit) SPRING Training Program is back with Half Marathon and Cap10K Training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches.  Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced runners and walkers in our training program. For runners, we have coaches who train from 8 and below pace to a 12 plus pace. For walkers, we have coaches who train from 14 plus pace to 20 pace. 

We accommodate all fitness levels for the half and Cap10K training programs.
