7:00AM: Race Day Registration / Packet Pickup
7:45AM: 5K Start
8:30AM: 10K Start
10K - Elite Series Race (Elite points available for Gold Cup Participants 19 & Over)
In order to be eligible for Gold Cup scoring, runners age 15 & over must complete the 10K, and runners 14 & under must complete the 5K.

- Keep in mind, Striders that participate in 3 or more Sponsored Races will receive an award at the end of Season banquet (attendance not required). This is open to all CRS members, not just those participating in Gold Cup.

Joe Mis Memorial Fun Run
The Striders are having a Memorial Fun Run at Wicker Park on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 6:30 PM in honor of Joe Mis. It is free. Just show up. We would love it if you could join us. After the fun run, the adults will head over to Brewfest in Highland to celebrate Joe's life with some adult beverages.
More information will be posted on Facebook as we approach June 29th.
In Memory of Joe Mis, our Track Program has been renamed in his honor to the:
