The Tri-Valley Front Runners (TVFR) is an all-inclusive, vibrant, regional running club founded in the early 80's.

We sponsor a series of races throughout the year for club members and the general public.

TVFR tracks club participation using a points system. Members accumulate points from October through September of each year.
