Off to Spain to do the 2025 World Champioinship 70.3
Watch me on the Ironman tracker. My bib is 1414. I rode the first 20 miles on the trainer today through Training Peaks Virtual. It was tough. It was 2000 feet of climbing at that point and it took me 1.5 hours to climb to the 11 mile mark! Ouch.
