Core-Strength-Power Group Training
Join expert Coach Bill Leach for this small group training program designed to strengthen the body's "core" - that is, the muscles of the hips, abdomen, back, and torso.
Sessions also include strength and power exercises for the muscles that propel you forward while running.
Runners of all ability and fitness levels will get results and have fun with this program.
This small group training program is limited to 10 participants per session, providing you with the opportunity to interact with your coach on a personal level.
