Core-Strength-Power Group Training

  • Join expert Coach Bill Leach for this small group training program designed to strengthen the body's "core" - that is, the muscles of the hips, abdomen, back, and torso.

  • Sessions also include strength and power exercises for the muscles that propel you forward while running.

  • Runners of all ability and fitness levels will get results and have fun with this program.

  • This small group training program is limited to 10 participants per session, providing you with the opportunity to interact with your coach on a personal level.

Upcoming Sessions: 

  • Sessions are held at 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Monday's and Thursday's during program dates. Participants are recommended to attend two sessions of their choosing each week. Each session lasts approximately 60-minutes.

  • January, March, and October sessions meet indoors at 2640 N. Halsted, Chicago. May, July, and September sessions held outdoors at the CARA Board (across from 2800 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago)
