I am about to endure Snowdrop 55 hour event for the benefit of raising money for child hood cancer. This is such an inspiring and rewarding cause. This will be my sixth year. Woo hoo. I will be hurting and miserable before its all said and done, but I couldn't think of a better way to spend the last days of 2021 and the first day of 2022. My goal is between 100 and 150 miles ran. Last year it was put on in Houston I was able to do 138. I could have done more, but I gave up for about 7 hours before my friend Jered, also a childhood cancer survivor, reminded me of why we are doing this. 3 days of pain is nothing compared to what the little babies and kiddos go through with their disease and treatments.
