• 1 Mile fun-run starts at 7:30 am (ages 12& under)
• 5k Run/Walk/Guidon Teams start at 8:30
• Health and Fitness Exposition opens at 8:45

Registration:

• Race-day registration will be available for 5k runners/walkers/Guidon Teams !

Entry Fee:

• Through 08 September, the 5k Race/Walk entry fee is $25.00. After 08 September and through noon on Friday, October 27th the 5k Race/Walk Entry Fee is $35.00
• Through 27 October, Guidon Team (5- persons) entry fee is $100.00 per team. This is a discounted price-per individual racer ($20.00)
• Fun Run entry fee is $15.00 (Fun Run is a non-timed, one mile run, limited to participants 12 years old and under)

Shirts:

• Shirts will be guarenteed only to the first 700 people who register by Sunday, October 01. Please register by then to ensure you recieve one.
• This years shirts ar a technical dry-fit blend material

Packet Pickup:

• Advance- Packets may be picked up at the Sam Houston Golf Club (1050 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209) on Thursday, 26 October between the hours of 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Only packets for those registered by noon on Tuesday, 24 October will be available for advance pickup. All other packets will be available for pickup on race day.
• Race Day- Packets must be picked up on MacArthur Parade Field at the registration tent between 6:00am and 8:00 am.

Chip Timing:

• Chip Timing will be used for the 5k Race/Walk/Guidon Team event. Disposable race number (bib) tag timing chips will be provided for all participants. Any participant that fails to properly wear their assigned race number (bib) will not be timed and will not be eligible for awards.

Awards:

• Top 3 Male and Female 5k runners
• Top 3 Male and Female finisher in each age division
  • 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+
• Top 3 Guidon Teams (based on best average team time)

Fun Run:

• The Fun Run is limited to participants 12 years old and under. Ribbons will be awarded to all finishers.
• Parents are welcome to run along-side their children if needed.

Course Restrictions:

• Only registered race/walk/Guidon Team participants will be allowed on the course.
• Strollers are authorized on the course.

Inclement Weather Policy:

• The race will go on regardless of precipitation. In the event that weather conditions present an imminent danger to participants, the race will be cancelled. No refunds will be given.
