Event Information

The NW Flyers Track Club has arranged for a charter bus to Jacksonville, FL. The price for each bus seat is $180 each, which includes roundtrip Houston to Jacksonville and daily shuttle service from the team hotel to the track and to meals and team events.

The outbound bus will depart from Cypress Creek HS on Tuesday July 28th around 5AM and the return bus will depart Sunday August 2 leaving the stadium immediately after the 4X4 around 6PM arriving to Houston early the morning of August 3.

Important Rules and Procedures for the Team Charter Bus:

·Each rider will be asked to pay a $180 fee to defray the cost of the bus lease and driver’s services.

·NW Flyers athletes (qualified) may apply their Jr. Olympics travel allowance of $125 to the fee and pay only $55 out of pocket to ride.

·Each rider must sign a waiver of liability.

·Young children (14 and younger) should be accompanied by an adult / legal guardian / or their representative.

·Seats will be reserved / assigned on a first paid first serve basis.

·All payments and signed waivers must be completed online by Wednesday July 22 at noon.

·The charter bus has a capacity of 55 riders, we need a minimum of 35 paid seats in order to hold the bus or else the charter agreement will be canceled and all payments will be refunded in full.
