On March 3, Michael, Allie, and I will run this 10K in honor of Jeff, Rex, and Saige, and you’re all invited to join us in any way you can!  

Without the support we’ve received from our own grief counselor, Michael and I would not be as resilient as we are today. Mental health services are expensive, especially when combined with the other costs surrounding a death, so it’s no wonder that so many people attempt to cope without this type of valuable help. It is a somber reality that there are children unable to receive the type of grief support we’ve received ourselves, and we want to help.
