Once again and starting today through New Year’s Day, I will be running in the Snowdrop Ultra 55 Hour Race & Relay. The race is the biggest fundraiser for the Snowdrop Foundation— which provides college scholarships for pediatric cancer survivors while also providing funding for cancer research at Texas Children’s Hospital. It’s a great charity that does a lot of good for families that have battled pediatric cancer.
This will be my 4th time running Snowdrop and this year is more special than ever because my son, Jameson, will be running the event as well with a relay team (St. Thomas Angel Feet). So not only do I get to run in a race with my son, he gets to help raise funds for a hospital that did so much for him when he spent the first two months of his life there. 🥲
My stretch goal is to run 150 miles over the 55 hours (Dec. 30th - Jan. 1st) and I would love to also raise some money for this amazing cause. If you would like to help out, please click my personal donation link below. Any little bit helps and 100% of the money goes directly to the Snowdrop foundation. Thank you!
(If you choose the “pledge per lap” option instead of a flat price donation, please know that each lap is around .70 miles…so there will be a lot of laps! Like 150-250 laps…)
