On May 22nd my daughter Willa Jeanne and I will be participating in the RCS Heartwork Run! The purpose of this event is to give back to those in our community who are tirelessly serving and ministering to some of the most vulnerable in our midst. The particular organization that we are raising funds to support are:   Life Stories:  child advocacy for abused, neglected and trauma related problems for children in Weld County; House of Hope:  orphanage for children that have literally been found in some of the most horrific situations and brought into restoration by biblical teaching, love, prayer and medical support and then placing them in forever homes; Special Olympics:  Provides year round sports training and athletic competition for children with intellectual or physical disabilities. 

There are two ways in which you could become a fundraising partner; first, you could make a one time donation to this Heartwork event, or you could commit to a certain dollar amount per lap run. The course is a quarter mile, so our combined goal is 50 laps or more.
