Fundraising for Ima's Home for Children
Hey everyone, thank you for visiting my fundraising page for Ima's 5k, an event which raises funds to support Ima's Home for Children in the Philippines. Ima's home was created due to a burden that God placed in my dad's heart during one of his visits to the Philippine Islands. That burden is to rescue abandoned children living on the streets of Manila, who have no home, no one to look after them, no opportunity for an education, and no way of knowing where their next meal will come from. As of right now, Ima's Home has been blessed to rescue and care for 75 children! Our next phase of building will give us the means to house another 75. I am asking you, my friends, to support me as I participate in this event. Aside from a small processing fee for online donations, 100% of the funds that are raised go directly to supporting Ima's Home and the children who live there. The children that come to Ima's Home find love, security, education, healthcare, and fun!
I want to especially implore my Marine friends in this endeavor. You are some of the finest people I have ever met, and I know that you will help me prove that there truly is no better friend....
My goal is a $1,000.00 by February 25!
