Fundraising for Stuff the Sleigh Charity Competition
Hello Friends and Family!
Since 2008, Stuff the Sleigh has partnered with Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) to benefit pediatric cancer and hematology patients, their siblings and their families who are patients at TCH. Stuff the Sleigh provides multiple avenues of year-round giving.
On December 10th, myself along with two teammates, Leah Shullenberger and Elisha Selzer will participate in a crossfit competition to benefit Stuff the Sleigh. While this organization helps families all year long with things like Christmas gifts to providing financial assistance with everything from healthcare costs to home repairs, even funeral expenses for families who have spent all of their money but have unfortunately lost the battle to save their child from this horrible disease. This year one of the main focuses for the organization is to rebuild and renovate the classrooms at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston for the children who are in treatment and cannot be in a traditional classroom because of their compromised immune system. They plan to update their technology and materials to enable the children to continue their education while seeking treatment.
I realize that this time of year is busy and expensive, however I would greatly appreciate any financial consideration you could give here for an amazing cause where 100% of our donations goes directly to the kids in need.
