In June 2019, my dad, Tony Woods, was suddenly diagnosed with a terminal brain cancer named Glioblastoma Multiforme. With the help of MeStrong donations, my parents were able to get financial assistance, which helped eased a burden and gave them more time to focus on each other during the toughest of times. It was a true blessing to them, as you all know cancer is extremely expensive. This year, 2020, marks a memorial year for the Woods Family, as Tony lost his battle on December 12, 2019. With this incredible fundraising opportunity comes joyous responsibility. We are encouraged and determined to help the many more Tonys that will follow and do not want stop until we reach our goal of $2000.
