Hope - Courage - Love
Just a few days away on December 30th, 2018, I will begin the Snowdrop Foundations Ultra 55 (100 miles in 55 hours) in Missouri City I have committed myself to walk/run, and finish. I have also decided to raise funds to help fight childhood cancer. Proceeds from Ultra 55 Hour run will benefit Snowdrop Foundation. The Snowdrop Foundation funds pediatric cancer research and college scholarships for pediatric cancer patients and childhood cancer survivors. I will be running in honor of Emma Paulson and all the children who are courageously fighting their battle with cancer. I will also be running in memory of Chelsey Campbell, as well as all the children who have sadly lost their battle with cancer – each of them will be my focus and inspiration.
Childhood cancer is the leading cause of non-accidental death in children, and the cause remains unknown. Now is the time to act to help end this disease. The more funds that I raise, the sooner we can end this fight. More information about the marathon and the fight to cure children’s cancer can be found at www.snowdropfoundation.org.
if you happen to be in Missouri City on 1/30, 1/31, or 1/1 stop by, volunteer or just cheer us on.... please also consider donating to this worthy cause... no donation is too small, all donations are appreciated, and since Snowdrop Foundation is an officially recognized 501 © (3) non-profit organization, your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
