I've been involved with Snowdrop Foundation since Day 1, literally. Chelsey was my student, who became my friend when she was no longer my student. I consider myself to be an honorary Campbell. Each year I spend hour-upon-hour at at the Ultra capturing photos for participants that are as exciting to take as they are to share. Last year, I was just 6 weeks post hip replacement and spent most of the daylight and quite a few darker hours on the course. It's easy to ignore the discomfort when we are out there for kids who have battled for their lives, or are currently fighting. I'll be back, but this year, my grandson and I will be fundraising only, as we volunteer. Come out and cheer on the participants or volunteer yourself.
