Here we go again.
This will be my 7th year running this race. It never gets easier to walk to that start line. This years event will be one of the most challenging I have done so far. I plan on pushing my body and mind as far as I can safely go to get myself to 150 miles in 55 hours. Since I am pretty much a walker anymore, that will mean very little sleep or breaks over the 2.5 days.
Knowing what we are doing the event for and where the money goes to will help keep me going.
