It is that time of year again. My favorite time when we are allowed to be with our Snowdrop55 Family. In case anyone does not know, we all gather outside of Houston once a year to go around in little circles for 55 hours. We do this in honor of and to raise money for children with pediatric cancer. The 55 hours is symbolic. It is a record setting surgery performed by Texas Children's Cancer Center and the 15 year old Chelsea Campbell. Her surgery lasted 27 continuous hours. One primary surgeon and one assistant surgeon performed the operation in its entirety without taking breaks.
