The event is inspired by Romans 10:14-15 and all proceeds will help send a team to Africa with New Hope Initiative this summer. The group will travel to the Kibera slum in Nairobi, Kenya to minister to the children of New Hope School and their families. While there, the team will lead Bible studies as well as prepare the women to establish businesses in jewelry making and sewing in order to provide for their families. The hope of this week-long trip is to build life long relationships with this community and share God's love. The following week will be spent in Arusha, Tanzania where we will be working in a medical clinic.
