Our family has decided to join together not only to participate in the Heart of Gold 5K & Fun Run but to raise additional money and awareness for Heroes for Children.

Heroes for Children provides financial and social assistance for families whose children are suffering from cancer.  Over $50,000 worth of funds are provided each month to families to help with mortgages, utilities, and travel expenses to and from hospitals.  HFC also helps to provide children with special celebrations for milestones they may not be able to celebrate otherwise.
