Susan M. Turley was 25 years old when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. She passed away just 5 months after receiving her diagnosis. During her brief battle, she and her husband of just 6 months enjoyed a weekend away. For those few days, they were able to forget about cancer and the impact it had on their lives. As a memorial to Susan and all other young adults who have suffered from cancer, the Susan M. Turley Foundation provides One Weekend Away for those battling cancer. Fundraising For Susan M. Turley Foundation
Hey Friends and Family!
I have decided to try and raise some money for the Susan M. Turley foundation. This foundation was set up in honor of my sister-in-law. Before she passed away, she requested that we start a foundation to help cancer patients. My goal is to raise enough money to provide at least ONE WEEKEND AWAY for a cancer patient and their immediate family. I am hoping to get enough $5 donations to do this and you can help. You can donate $5 (or more if you'd like) and know that you helped provide this precious retreat to someone that is going through a very challenging time. Join my team with just a $5 donation and spread the word!!! I want to try and raise 500.00 by VALENTINE'S DAY! FYI-it is a non-profit 501c3, so you can make a tax deductible donation.
