Hello everyone, my name is Vik and I am a T10 paraplegic of 10 years.  10 years ago, on July 29, 2006 I had an accident where I fell off of a 3rd floor apartment balcony after a night of partying.  I was only 22 years old at the time, and it was the beginning of a grueling transition process.  I since have learned to accept my situation for what it is, while always believing in possibilities for the future.  I always hold the belief that I will one day recover and walk again.  I am a client of Project Walk where I do therapy regularly and also strongly believe in the power of the mind and our bodies abilities to heal itself.  I am raising money to help pay for my therapy costs since insurance doesn't cover it, as well as I would like to help other people in need on the same journey.  Thank you for your contribution!
