Volunteer Waiver:

In consideration of the foregoing, by signing up to volunteer for this event, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against Yuri's Night Houston Fun Run/Walk, the city of Nassau Bay, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in Yuri's Night Houston Fun Run/Walk and any pre- and post- event activities. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising. 

In addition, if I am a volunteer who is under 18 years of age, I acknowledge that I have received parental/legal guardian consent to participate.

Put out cones along course - Collect all cones after the race, and return them to race director

Put out astronaut signs and mile markers - Mark the ground with chalk for volunteer positioning and course directions - Collect all signs after the race, and return them to race director

Set up the chute, timing clock and inflatable arch at the start/finish line. Start the clock at the start of the race.

- Quarter the oranges, halve the bananas and place them in the aluminum trays - Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap - Keep trays stocked - Keep Propel Water iced - Keep one drink cooler filled with gatorade, the other with water - Record any leftovers
