Information

Welcome to the Northwest Flyers Track Club. It takes a special dedication to be a Cross Country (XC) athlete. It is hard work and requires considerable concentration and effort.

There are two registration options: one for NEW Northwest Flyers runners for the 2025 season, and one for RETURNING/Already Registered Northwest Flyers runners from the 2025 spring track season. Registration for the Cross Country team will be open August 18 through November 3, 2025.

The NEW member fee is $285 plus a small card processing fee.
New members in 2025 must also purchase a USATF member card at the website www.usatf.org before reporting to practice (note: for athlete profile select: Association = "Gulf" and Team = "0708").
Current members from the 2025 track season can register for $95 plus a small card processing fee.

The Northwest Flyers Track & Field Team is a “501(c) (3) non-profit corporation” sanctioned by the USA Track & Field Association (USATF) for Youth Track.

NORTHWEST FLYERS PARENT’S CHECKLIST

1) Reminder, you must enter email address(es) where requested
2) Signed Code of Conduct and waiver(s)
3) Correct registration fee paid (online payment)
4) NEW ATHLETES - Upload one copy of athlete’s birth certificate online (*)
5) NEW ATHLETES - Upload one (1) photograph of your athlete online (portrait style) (*)
6) If you missed the orientation session, athlete and parent must print / sign each page of the “NW Flyers Program Summary” on the NW Flyers website (which includes the practice / competition schedule).

(*) If these items are already on file with the team you don’t have to submit again.

This registration option is for runners who did not register with the Northwest Flyers for the most recent track & field season (Spring/Summer 2025). Even if you participated in previous years you are a new runner for this year if you were not a member of the 2025 track team! You may be eligible for other discounts, see the description below:

RETURNING/ALREADY REGISTERED Northwest Flyers Runners

This registration option is for those runners who already registered for the Northwest Flyers during the recent track & field season (Spring/Summer 2025). Even if you participated in previous years you are not a returning member for this year unless you were a member of the 2025 track team.
