For your Honoraium or Memoriam contribution, you or your loved one's name and picture will be displayed on a special keepsake sign on walk day. Please email a picture of the person you purchased a sign for by October 17, 2016 to sisterswalkdallas@sbcglobal.net (pictures should be as large as possible and in .jpg or .png format. Include the type of sign and name of the person in the email subject and filename (ex. InMemoryJaneSmith.jpg)

 

If you are purchasing an Honoarium or Memoriam with your walk registration, please select the appropriate donation level to complete your purchase.

 

If you selected the Honorarim/Memoriam Purchase ONLY option, do not select a donation level, the purchase price is automatically included, otherwise any selection made in the donation section will be added as an additional donation.

By registering, I hereby agree to waive all claims against Sisters Network Inc., Sisters Network Dallas, Richland College, Dallas County Community College District, sponsors or any personnel for any injury or unforeseeable damages that I may suffer in this event. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs of me and quotations from me in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event.
