Registration

Details:

• Trip cost is $2,230 (Deduct $930 if you wish to secure your own airfare).

• Price is based on Double Occupancy. Single occupency add $100.

• A refundable deposit of $230 is due by December 20, 2017 to reserve a space on the trip. Participants may cancel anytime until December 20, 2017 and receive a refund.

• A minimum of 20 persons must commit to the trip by Decembver 20, 2017 or it will be canceled. If the trip is canceled deposits WILL be refunded. If the trip reaches the 20 person minimum deposits will become NON-REFUNDABLE after December 20, 2017.

• A maximum of 30 persons will be allowed to register for the trip. Space held at time of depos 

• On February 15, 2018 a second payment of $1,000 will be due.

• A final full payment of participants remaining balance will be required no later than March 16, 2016

• Participants will be responsible for their own meals. Breakfast will be provided at Swords Bed and Breakfast.

• Participants will have the opportunity to buy food and drink at a Tesco for the stay at the Adare Castle Villa.

• Each participant is asked to buy (at Duty Free) one (or two) bottles of an adult beverage to share among the group on the tour if they wish to 

• Fees for Rock of Cashel, Cliffs of Moher, Cobh Museum, and Middleton Distillery are included with the tour. Participants will be responsible for any fees to get into other visitor sites but Coach Savage will effort to obtain group discounts. Fees for the Swords 10K are not included in the price of the tour. Participants may extend their stay at their own expense.

• Participants must be 18 & over to be part of the tour without a parent or guardian. Children attending with parents / guardians must be 13 years or older.
