The 2018 Cow Patty Classic 5K/10K directly supports Tompkins High School FFA Student Chapter.  This is a great way to support local FFA students who work so hard all year around.

As a participant or a sponsor of this event, you are supporting the Tompkins FFA program with the needs and expenses they incurr throughout the year.  Scholarships to Seniors, support at the Katy ISD Livestock show, State Convention expenses, Leadership and Educational competition expenses to name a few.  Your support and participation are greatly appreciated!

Race Location:  Obra D. Tompkins High School, 4400 Falcon Landing Blvd. Katy, TX 77494

Race/Check-in Times:

• 6:30 am:  Registration/Check-In begin
• 7:30 am:  5K & 10K Starts

Registration Costs:

• Early Bird 5K Costs (On or BEFORE March 10, 2018):  Adults $25; Students (18 & under) $15
• Early Bird 10K Costs (On or BEFORE March 10, 2018):  Adults $35; Students (18 & under) $25
• Late Registration 5K Costs (On or AFTER March 11, 2018):  Adults $35; Students (18 & under) $25
• Late Registration 10K Costs (On or AFTER March 11, 2018):  Adults $45; Students (18 & under) $35

Packet Pick Up:

• Sun & Ski, Katy Mills Mall Thursday, April 12, 2018 from  4:30 pm - 7:00 pm.  If you are unable to pick up on this day you can pick up on the morning of the race beginning at 6:30am.  All participants must fill out a USATF Form and a Waiver prior to the race.

Guidlines:

• 1 application per applicant
• Roller skates, bicycles or pets are prohibited at the race
• For safety and security reasons, we will not have a baggage drop at the start of the event.  Participants are encouraged to plan accordingly.  Bags/backpacks are not permitted at the starting line area.
• Headphones are discouraged due to safety reasons
• A T-Shirt is ONLY guaranteed to any applicant who registers BY MARCH 10TH.  Extras will only go to first come first serve.

Sponsorship Details:

Sponsoring towards the "2018 Cow Patty Classic 5K/10K" directly supports the expenses incurred by the Tompkins FFA Booster Club who is hosting the race.  Allowing 100% of participation fees to go to the Tompkins FFA Student Chapter to support them with the needs and expenses they incurr throughout the year.  Scholarships to Seniors, support at the Katy ISD Livestock show, State Convention expenses, Leadership and Educational competition expenses to name a few.  Your support and participation are greatly appreciated!

Level of Sponsorships Available:

• Bull Sponsor: Minimum donation of $1000+
  • Company Logo on all T-shirts as Bull Sponsor
  • Recognition on select media, printed materials and newspaper display ads
  • Name on select banners, posters & signage
  • Your company will have room for 4 6’ tables at the event for marketing purposes
  • Your name will be listed as our timing sponsor.
  • You may add bulk marketing materials to the grab bag (up to a water bottle size) which will be handed out to each participant
  • Includes 1 bonus team (a group of 4 of your employees, friends or family) may join in the 5K/10K; a $100 value
• Cow Sponsor: Minimum donation of $500+
  • Name listed on all T-shirts as Cow Sponsor (no logo)
  • Recognition on select media, printed materials and newspaper display ads
  • Your company will have room for three 6’ tables at event for marketing purpose
  • You can choose to be a our Trophy, Participant Medal, or Cone Sponsor.  We will display your name as this sponsor.
  • You may add light, bulk marketing materials (pens, etc.) to the grab bag which will be handed out to each participant
• Calf Sponsor:  Minimum donation of $250+
  • Name listed on all T-shirts under Calf Sponsor (no logo)
  • Recognition on select media, printed materials and newspaper display ads
  • Your company will have room for two 6’ tables at the event for marketing purposes.
  • You may add one 8 x 10 max paper only marketing material to the grab bag which will be handed out to each participant
• Patty Sponsor:  Minimum donation of $100+
  • Name listed on all T-shirts under Patty Sponsor (no logo)
  • Your company will have room for one 6’ table at the event for marketing purposes.
  • You may add one 5 x 7 max business card size marketing material to the grab bag which will be handed out to each participant

The 1st Place Male and Female finishers in each category listed will receive a trophy. Medals will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each catagory:

• 12 and under
• 13-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70 & Over

To be eligible for an award, the runner must wear our assigned chip and be timed.  There are no duplication of awards.
