The individual that raises the most money for Cuisine for Healing wins. To Qualify: You must have registered as an individual and paid the individual rate. How Winners Will be Determined: The most amount of money raised wins. Note: The pace car can take 3 people for a ride. At the race director's discretion, individual winners may be grouped together for the rides |
A special awards ceremony will be held in the actual Winner's Circle used by NASCAR. Celebration will be for:

Southwest Airlines raffle drawing for 2, free round trip tickets at the end of the night. Only people who purchased tickets online or at the event are eligible to win. Winner doesn't need to be present in order to win.

ASHE-DFWAmerican Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) is a national organization with local sections. ASHE-DFW serves the DFW metroplex area. The ASHE-DFW board of directors selected Cuisine for Healing as their charity of choice because the majority of the board members have either experienced cancer themselves and/or have had family and/or friends that had had to deal with cancer. Cuisine for HealingCuisine for Healing is a local charity. Their mission is to make nutritious, delicious food readily available to people combating life-threatening diseases, while providing education about the power of eating healthy food. In 2015, they delivered over 15,000 meals to people in Tarrant County, assisting them with improving their quality of life, and in some cases, helping cancer patients be victorious over their disease! We invite you to become a Quality of Life Fundraiser. As a Quality of Life Fundraiser, you will help us to raise $10,000 for Cuisine for Healing and improve the quality of life for people facing life-threatening diseases, while providing education about the power of eating healthy food.
Once you become a Quality of Life Fundraiser you'll automatically receive a fundraising website and sample emails that you can send to your friends and family to encourage them to become Quality of Life Donors. You will also be automatically entered into the Quality of Life Fundraiser competition and have an opportunity to win the exceptional prizes described below.
The map below will assist you in getting to the event and parking.
There will be electronic message boards to help guide you to the parking area once you turn off from SH 114. There are other entrances to the Speedway, but the best way to come is from SH 114.
You will need to stop at the guard house, which is located before the tunnel. Just tell them that you are going to the ASHE 5000 Race for Healing event.
There will be parking attendants present in the parking area to assist you with parking and directing you to the check-in area.
Packet Pickup begins at 6:00 PM on the day of the race. Please go to the check-in area (see map above).
In addition to the walks/runs, we'll have lots of family fun activities like a unique mobile gaming theater on site along with laser tag. There will be music provided by a DJ. Do you like NASCAR race cars? If so, then our race car museum will interest you.
We understand that you may have family members and/or friends coming to cheer you on during the race. This is great and we welcome them. There will be food available for purchase by your guests from our food vendor. You get a free meal and non-alcoholic beverage with your registration. Your bib will have a pull tab at the bottom that you'll pull off and give to the food vendor for your free meal and non-alcoholic beverage.
Your guests will be able to participate in all of the family fun activities along with you free of charge.
Bring lawn chairs & insect repellant.

Walk-in registrations will be available the day of the event for $40 at the check-in area. We will only accept cash or check for walk-ins.
