New this year, we are having a 5K COLOR RUN. Thanks to Aledo ISD, the race will be held at Bearcat Stadium and Luke’sLocker will once again provide our 5K production services along with local law enforcement, and many other entities volunteering to help. Over 500 registered runners and dozens of businesses and community organizations participated in last year’s race. We are expecting a great turnout this year as well!!!

The AdvoCats have been fortunate to be able to give back over $675,000 to the community since 2002. Our normal activities include providing families with food, medical, dental, school supplies/field trips, Angel Project, extracurricular school activities, and various other expenses. However, we are often called upon to aid in special circumstances as well. We service more than 350 children every year. Now in the 14th year, the Aledo Children’s AdvoCats, a 501c (3) non-profit organization, is a group of women committed to raising charitable funds to help fulfill and aid with the unmet needs of children and their families in the Aledo area. 100% of the money raised from fund raising events is used towards charitable efforts. As we prepare for the 2016 Aledo Advocats Run, Walk, or Crawl, we would like to ask for your support to help volunteer or to contribute financially. If you have any questions or need additional information, please visit our website at www.aledoadvocats.com.
This will be a fun community-wide event. Please considering offering your support in order to make this a successful event.
Look forward to seeing on April 9 at Bearcat Stadium!
