It is 2020 and not much has gone as planned. We are rolling with the punches and making the 2020 Funky Heart extra funky to keep our families safe. We are still raising CHD awareness and funds, but we are mixing things up a little. Please join us to support the programs of Conquering CHD Michigan.  Conquering CHD Michigan provides hope and support to families dealing with congenital heart defects from prenatal diagnosis through adulthood.

How it Works

Step 1 - Buy your "I didn't run the 2020 Funky Heart" shirt before August 21, 2020. The cost is $15 for cotton short sleeve shirts and $20 for cotton long sleeve shirts. If you want to order multiple shirts, you just register for each shirt. There is an option to add another registration at the end of the registration process allowing you to make one payment.

Step 2 - If you would like to be a "sponsor" and be listed on the back of the shirt, you raise or donate at least $250 by August 21st. You can sponsor as an individual or create a team to reach your donation goals. Your sponsorship message can be up to 50 characters.

Step 3 - Shirts will be shipped or delivered to you during the week of September 7 to 13.

Step 4 - If you would like, during the week of September 14 to September 19, create a video with you wearing your "I didn't run the 2020 Funky Heart" shirt. You can run a virtual 5k and video your triumphant finish, you can explain how CHDs affect your family or show how you are rocking life with a funky heart. The possibilities are endless! Post your video on your personal Facebook or Instagram and tag Conquering CHD Michigan to be entered into a drawing for one of three $100 gift cards.
