3rd Annual Navy Birthday 5K Run/Walk

Note to all runners/walkers and event visitors: This event takes place entirely on a military installation and you must be a DoD ID card holder or have access to Fort Sam Houston to participate. 

Course: The 5K course will start and finish at the Ft Sam Houston Outdoor Aquatic Center located at 3548 Williams Rd, BLDG 330. 

Parking is available in the parking lot at the front of the Outdoor Aquatic Center and in the large parking lot across the street. 

Packet pick-up and race day registration up will be from 7:00 – 8:15 am, Saturday 26 September in the wooded area below the Aquatic Center large parking lot.   

Start times: Run 8:30 and Walk 8:32. 

All participants who register by 20 September 2015 will receive a commemorative 5K run shirt. 

Awards will be presented to the 1st and 2nd Male /Female runners in the following age divisions: 

Youth awards will be given with age groups determined based total registrations received

This event is sponsored by a private organization, the 2015 Navy Birthday Ball Committee.  It is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and has no governmental status.
