Core-Strength-Power Group Training
Join expert Coach Bill Leach for this small group training program designed to strengthen the body's "core" - that is, the muscles of the hips, abdomen, back, and torso.
Sessions also include strength and power exercises for the muscles that propel you forward while running.
Runners of all ability and fitness levels will get results and have fun with this program.
This small group training program is limited to 10 participants per session, providing you with the opportunity to interact with your coach on a personal level.
For October 26, 2020 - December 17, 2020 sessions: Sessions will be held Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., outdoors at the CARA Board (across from 2800 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago). Indoor sessions, if/when necessary, will occur at 2640 North Halsted Street, and will include some deviations from the past CSP Training format, in accordance with and respect for ongoing COVID-19 safety considerations. Coach Leach will contact participants via text on the morning of each session to confirm location.
