About This Event
The 23rd Annual Turkey Trot is 5K run or walk through a Glenview residential neighborhood. The race is Nov. 28, 2019 at 8:15 a.m. and benefits Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook, serving 2,500 children annually. T-shirts, awards in eight age groups and great post-race breakfast. USATF Certified. A runner-friendly event! (Please no pets, strollers, running strollers, roller blades, skates, scooters or bikes.) Check out our website.
Entry Fees
Individual entry fee is $35 before November 1; $45 on Nov. 1. Group rates for three, four, five, six or seven start at $95, $125, $155, $185 and $215 and increase to $110, $140, $170, $200 and $230 on Nov. 1. To raise more money for Youth Services, we are passing on to registrants the fees charged by The Driven. 
Tall Trees Park is located at 1421 Sequoia Trail. The park is just West of Waukegan Road on Lake Avenue in Glenview. Turn North onto Tall Trees Road. You will enter The Tall Trees neighborhood (brick pillars mark entrance just East of Scott Foresman building). Bear right to Tall Trees Park on your right. Arrive early for better parking. Watch for race officials who will direct you to overflow parking. Check out our website for more information.
Awards to top three male and female finishers and to top three finishers in male and female age groups: under 10, 10-15, 16-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65 and older
Awards, mile markers, water at start/finish, post-race breakfast, fire pits, porta-potties, professional finish line, results posted on on race day. (Please no pets, strollers, running strollers, roller blades, skates, scooters or bikes.)
Packet Pick-up
Packet pick up will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on November 27 at 1512 Sequoia Trail in the Tall Trees subdivision. Follow the directions to the race. After turning onto Tall Tree Road go straight onto Sequoia. 1512 is about a quarter mile on the left. Avoid the lines on race morning and pick up your packet the day before. (Packets will be available at the race.) Check out our website for more information.
There is NO Race Day Registration. Registration will close at 600 runners. Don't wait. Registration will close before the race. Registration is likely to close on Nov. 17 or earlier. Please check this site and for updates leading up to the race.
