Conquering CHD Michigan provides hope and support to families dealing with congenital heart defects and operates solely on donations. Our services include:

• Providing education and support to inpatient families through our care bag distribution programs
• Providing education and support to parents expecting a baby with a heart defect through our Prenatal Information Pack program
• Providing peer-to-peer support through group meetings, group activities and online networking for people affected by heart defects - from prenatal diagnosis to adulthood, as well as families that have experienced loss due to heart defects
• Providing educational meetings to give families access to information and health resources useful for managing life with heart defects
• Raising awareness about heart defects - the most common birth defect in the U.S. - so that the public understands the reach and effects of heart defects
• Advocating for change to improve the lives of those living with heart defects and in hopes of preventing heart defects in the future
